How comprehensive is the corporate identity?
A corporate identity can be extensive or somewhat simpler. Audit rounds?
The number of "revision rounds" (the number of times the design is redesigned, usually based on feedback from the client) is crucial to how the costs of a corporate identity design are calculated. If you want to save money on this, it is usually possible, but keep in mind that you must be clear and precise with your graphic designer during the revision rounds that you still have. Otherwise, you may use up all your revision rounds and have to pay extra later.
Have designs printed or arrange it yourself?
Do you have the designs printed by the graphic designer or do you arrange a printer yourself? Many people who hire a graphic designer to design a corporate identity think that it is cheaper to arrange a printer themselves. And that is usually the case, but the margin that the graphic designer makes on this is usually quite minimal. In addition (and more importantly), you will not have any problems if something goes wrong with the printing. In this case, the graphic designer is responsible.

Reliability and quality graphic designer?
Of course, there are differences in rates among graphic designers, which sometimes makes it seem attractive to hire a student for a few tens of dollars, so to speak. But have you taken copyright and licensing into account? Or the professionalism and qualities of the graphic designer? Or if you want more designs with a consistent look later on, will the graphic designer be available for this?
In addition, it is also important to review your graphic designer's portfolio to check whether it delivers good quality (in your personal opinion). This often says something about the graphic designer's experience and therefore also how well the graphic designer in question can help you with your assignment.
Unfortunately, there is still a lot of fraud in this industry. Always check the company details and, for example, call the company to verify that it actually exists.
