Smart Links is a consultancy firm for smart (semi-)governmental organizations. The company was founded in 2018 by Martijn de Kort, Paul van Liempd, and Stijn Smeulders. Smart Links specializes in providing management advice, strategic policy advice, environmental management, and training and coaching. It is no coincidence that these are the four pillars of the organization.
