A staffing agency for the trades
Demt-Flex places technical professionals in construction, engineering, manufacturing and shipbuilding. From Tilburg the company recruits, selects and trains people itself, advises clients on the labor market, and brokers self employed tradespeople as well as placing staff of its own.
That means two kinds of work offer, two audiences reading the same site, and a workforce that does not all read Dutch.
What we did
The site carries two separate boards. Vacancies are for people who want a contract, the ZZP work offer is for self employed tradespeople, and both filter by trade and by province so a carpenter in Zeeland does not have to read past the electrician jobs in Utrecht.
Next to them sits the employer side, split by service and by sector. Registering is one form for both routes, with an upload for a CV or certificates so a candidate arrives complete rather than in three emails.
- A vacancy board and a separate ZZP work offer board.
- Filters by trade and by province on both boards.
- A registration form with file upload for CV and certificates.
- Dutch, English and Polish through Weglot.
- An employer section split by service and by sector.
Keeping employee vacancies and self employed work apart is the choice the rest of the site is built on.
The result
The site is live on WordPress in Dutch, English and Polish. Both boards are filled and filterable, and a candidate registers with their documents in one go instead of by email.
The team runs the rest of it themselves: the client pages per service and sector, the news, the events calendar, and the internal vacancies for working at Demt-Flex.
Is your site sending the right work to the right people?
Two audiences on one site usually need two routes, not one longer page. Take the Growth Scan and see where yours mixes them up. It is free, it takes 30 minutes, and it commits you to nothing.
