Unfortunately, our website had been ruined by the previous designer.
We ended up with Justin through a referral. When I called him and couldn't reach him, I received a text message from Justin shortly afterwards saying that he was on the ski lift and would contact me as soon as possible after his vacation.
Although he didn't have to do this, it certainly inspires confidence in his company.
No sooner said than done, Justin contacted us immediately after his vacation. He didn't promise anything, except to take a serious look at our business. This was great, because by then we had realized that someone who promises you the moon doesn't always deliver.
Justin knew that our trust in designers had been damaged and even wanted to come to Breda to meet us. This conversation certainly gave us confidence.

Justin got to work and, fortunately, was able to save our website with his expertise. The speed increased enormously, the plugins worked again, and our customers could reach us again.
