Overheid en non-profit

Information that has to be complete, accurate and accessible gets written by people who are held responsible for every word. The result is usually thorough and unreadable, and the person it was written for gives up and phones instead.

Wat vaak speelt

  • Legal accessibility obligations, and a site that does not meet them.

  • Several audiences with no overlap: the people you help, professionals, partners, donors and volunteers.

  • Information that has to be findable for everyone, including on an old phone with a poor connection.

  • Policy and annual reports that live in PDFs, so what you published is not what anybody read.

Your site has to be right for everyone, which is how it ends up right for no one

We put the practical answer first and the organisation behind it. Locations with opening times, who is eligible in plain language, what something costs, and a route for someone who does not fit the standard case, because those are the questions that decide whether someone shows up at all. See websites en webdesign.

Accessibility is built in from the start rather than repaired after an audit: contrast, keyboard navigation, structure and language level as part of the design, not as a checklist afterwards. We run an accessibility scan on the result and hand you the findings, including the ones we cannot fix for you.

And where donations, registrations or requests are part of it, they happen on the site. Payment by iDEAL, a form with rules in it, news and vacancies your own team publishes. See webapplicaties en automatisering & AI.

One thing worth saying plainly: our work here is with foundations and non-profit organisations, not with municipalities or government bodies. The obligations and the audiences overlap almost completely. The procurement process does not, and we have not been through it.

Klantvoorbeeld

Net zoals bij Straatzorg Rotterdam, which provides GP care for homeless people. The site is built around eight walk-in locations, each showing the time of its next surgery, with a radius search from 2 to 50 kilometres, an FAQ that answers who is welcome and what the care costs, and a donation page that takes iDEAL and Wero. The team publishes its own news and vacancies. LEEFH, the national expertise centre for inherited high cholesterol, is a foundation too.
