Following a meeting at their shared office space, the Donna Building, Kendem and JKC are joining forces to develop a new website. The goal: a fresh, interactive design with a modern look and smart features.

Our new website fully embodies the look and feel of 2025
Kendem: for finance professionals and clients
Kendem specializes in recruiting and selecting finance professionals, ranging from management roles such as financial directors to operational positions such as administrative staff. “We operate in three distinct areas,” explains Andy Vereggen, Managing Partner at Kendem. “Executive search focuses on management or executive positions, interim roles are for temporary assignments and support, and staffing is more about the operational side of finance.”
How did Kendem and JKC get in touch? We’re both located in the Donna building in Eindhoven Strijp-S. “We ran into Justin at a building meeting; he was the new tenant there. Since JKC develops websites and we needed one, we hit it off right away.”
From two websites to one
Kendem had two websites: one about the company itself and one specifically for staffing. Both were outdated and no longer reflected Kendem’s professionalism. Andy: “We wanted to combine those two sites into a single, clear, overarching website. It also needed a fresh look and feel, as well as updated technology, and better search engine visibility.”
A fresh, modern, and professional design
The website serves as Kendem’s online business card, which is why a new, fresh, and professional design for 2025 is essential. “Our website is a key point of contact: this is where people look to confirm who they’ll be meeting with. The site needs to clearly convey who we are.” We’ve also added more interactivity to the website, something the old sites lacked. “Those interactive elements give it a fresh feel, which we’re very pleased with.” Furthermore, the new website accelerates and improves recruitment through a custom integration with Kendem’s ATS, Bullhorn, for automated job posting processing.

How did the collaboration go? “JKC is a great club to work with,” says Andy. “There’s a lot of idea-sharing, communication is smooth and clear, and we followed a clear schedule. In short, a great collaboration with a top-notch result!”
