Who is Sirius Medical?
Thanks to Sirius Medical’s innovative systems, the treatment of breast cancer patients is making significant strides forward. The company developed the new magnetic Pintuition system to perform surgeries more effectively and precisely. Sirius Medical originated from the Netherlands Cancer Institute (NKI) and the University of Twente (UT).

The need for a new website
Since its founding in 2017, Sirius Medical has grown significantly. The Sirius Pintuition system is now used in more than twelve countries. “And as the company grew, so did the need for a new website. The old one no longer fully met our needs in terms of functionality,” explains Benjamin Tchang, marketing manager at Sirius Medical.
Working with an unfamiliar system
We developed the new website on the HubSpot CMS platform. Benjamin: “Sirius Medical uses HubSpot. This platform allows us to combine multiple features, including email, CRM, blogs, and web hosting. The real strength is that we can now consolidate data and better coordinate everything.”
At JKC Media, we’re well-versed in using WordPress. Working with HubSpot was a new experience, but a challenge we were happy to take on. “Implementing a new platform always takes time,” Benjamin notes. “In the end, we succeeded in collaboration with JKC Media, and this has yielded a great end result.”
Major changes in 2024
We completed the new website in early 2022. In addition to the usual updates, 2024 marked the time for a number of major changes. For example, we improved the user experience (UX) to provide users with an even better experience. We also created new, relevant pages and updated the website to better align with Sirius Medical’s new goals and objectives.
A quick and detailed response
JKC Media was already a familiar name to Benjamin. “I’ve worked with Justin before. I was very pleased with the work he delivered back then. That’s why we decided to partner with JKC again. And the result is this new website, which we’re very happy with.”
