How to report responsibly

What we ask of you

So we can pick up your report quickly and properly.

  • Report it as soon as possible.
  • Give enough information to reproduce it.
  • Delete any data you obtained once it is fixed.
  • Keep it confidential until it is fixed.

What you do not do

This puts other people's systems or data at risk.

  • Overload systems (DoS).
  • Access more data than needed.
  • Change or delete data.
  • Use malware or brute force.
  • Use social engineering or physical tests.
  • Publish before it is fixed.
