Professional Managed Web Hosting for fast, scalable websites
For your website, web shop or application. Your own, fully isolated environment with its own capacity. We keep it running, watch over it and restore it if something goes wrong.
- Data and backups within the EU
- Own container per application
- Monitoring, 24 hours a day
How is this different from shared hosting?
On shared hosting your website shares a server with dozens of other sites. With Managed Web Hosting it gets its own, fully isolated environment.
Shared hosting
- You share capacity with strangers
- A busy neighbour slows your site down
- A breach on another site can reach you
- Settings are a compromise for everyone
- You only notice problems when a visitor complains
- Updates are your responsibility
Managed Web Hosting
- Your own capacity, just for you
- Unaffected by what others do
- Fully shielded from other environments
- Tuned to what your site needs
- We see a problem before your visitor does
- We take care of updates and security
Everything you get, per package
One price per month. Paying a year in advance costs exactly the same and saves you eleven invoices. Open a category to see what each package includes. All prices exclude VAT.
* Indication based on an average page of about 2 MB and four pages per visit. A site with a lot of video or large images gets fewer visitors out of it, a light site more. We look at your actual usage and adjust if it differs.
- Not included:
- Email mailboxes
- Content changes to your site
- Functional updates that need testing
- Your domain name, unless it is already with us
- Advertising and marketing budget
Three questions and you know roughly where you land
This is a direction, not advice. How much work your site does per visitor, we only know once we have had a look, and we do that before we fix anything.
You see your usage yourself, not just on the invoice
The numbers per package are indications. What you actually use is live in your portal, with the trend of the past twelve months, so you see a trend coming instead of hitting a limit.
Example view. If a meter turns orange, you get a message about it: with a proposal, not with an adjusted invoice.
What happens on the day it goes wrong
Hosting is sold on the good days, but you notice it on the bad ones. This is what concretely happens then, and within what time.
Your site is unreachable
- What we see
- Our monitoring checks your site every minute from three locations. If it drops out, an alert goes out before your first visitor notices.
- What we do
- We first check whether it is the environment or the site itself. If it is the environment, we restart it. If it is the site, we restore the last working snapshot.
An update broke something
- What we see
- Before every update we run, we take a snapshot of your whole environment, database included.
- What we do
- We roll the update back to the state just before it. Then we find out on the staging environment what went wrong, instead of trying again on your live site.
Your site has been broken into
- What we see
- File changes are checked and suspicious patterns are blocked before they reach your site.
- What we do
- We put your site behind a maintenance page for a while, restore from a clean backup from before the break-in, close the hole and tell you exactly what happened and which data could be reached.
It suddenly gets very busy
- What we see
- We see a peak in visitors live. For a broadcast, campaign or news item you can warn us in advance and we set up extra room.
- What we do
- A one-off peak we absorb at no cost. If it stays busy, we call with a proposal: beforehand, not afterwards on your invoice.
How far back you can go
Every backup is stored outside your own environment, so a problem on your site cannot reach it. Before every update we run, we also take an extra snapshot.
From your current hosting to us, in five steps
We do not charge for the move itself. Your current environment keeps running until the moment we switch over, so you can go back right up to the end.
We take a look
We look at what you run now, how heavy it is and where it sits. That tells us which package fits and whether anything needs attention first.
We rebuild your environment
Your site or application is set up completely in its new place, including database, certificates and settings. Your current hosting simply keeps running in the meantime.
You test it on a test address
You review the new environment on a temporary address. If something does not work as it should, we fix it before anything changes for your visitors.
We switch the traffic over
At a moment you choose, outside your busiest hours, we point your domain name to the new environment. We first fetch the latest changes so nothing gets lost.
We keep an extra eye on you for two weeks
For the first two weeks we watch more closely than usual and compare your speed with the measurement from before the move. We keep your old environment on standby during that period.
Close to your visitor, wherever they are
Your files come from the nearest location in the world
Images, video and documents load through a global network. That is in every package, even the smallest.
Your application itself runs in Amsterdam
Is your audience somewhere else and do you notice it in the speed? Then we add an extra location there.
Extra locations can be added.
More and more often a customer finds you through an AI assistant
Those assistants do need to be able to read your pages. We deliberately open your site up to them within a fair-use limit, and keep out scrapers that go beyond it.
- ChatGPT
- Google Gemini
- Claude
- Perplexity
- Microsoft Copilot
- Meta AI
Concretely: their bots are allowed in your robots settings, your pages deliver a readable text version without needing JavaScript, and the structure of your pages is recorded in a machine-readable way. From Commerce up, we check every quarter whether you are actually being found.
If your package does not grow with you, you add to it

Put it together yourself
An indication, not a quote. We always look at your application first before we fix a package.
We measure your current site and set it next to our environment
One report on five points, with your current figure for each point and what it becomes with us. Free and without obligation, also if you do not switch afterwards.
- Load timeHow long your visitor waits before seeing anything, measured on mobile and desktop.
- Behaviour under loadWhat happens to your load time with fifty visitors at once.
- Core Web VitalsThe three points Google judges you on, with your current score per point.
- Visible to AIWhether assistants like ChatGPT and Gemini can read your pages, or are kept out.
- AvailabilityHow often your site was unreachable in the past quarter.
Frequently asked questions
Can I see what I actually use?
Yes. In the client portal you see your current usage: visitors, data traffic, storage and transactional emails sent, with the trend over the past months. So you do not have to guess and you never face a surprise.
Will I be moved to a more expensive package automatically?
No, never. If you see your usage structurally exceed your package, we contact you and present a proposal. Only if you agree does anything change. We do not scale up unasked and never charge anything afterwards on your invoice.
Can you tell me exactly in advance what I need?
Honestly, not down to the gigabyte. Usage depends on how heavy your pages are, how many visitors come and how much work your site does per visitor. The numbers on this page are indications based on what we see with comparable sites. We start with the package that fits best, then measure your actual usage and adjust if it differs, up or down.
What if I do not know which package to choose?
Then we choose together. We look at what you run now, measure your current site and tell you what is and is not possible on each package. If the smallest package is enough, we say so. And if something really does not fit, a heavy application on the smallest package for example, we will not sell it to you, because the result is a slow site and an unhappy client.
I am hosted somewhere else now. How much work is switching?
Almost none for you. We first set up your website or application completely in its new place, test it there, and only then switch the traffic over. That last part takes a few minutes and we plan it outside your busiest hours. We do not charge for the move itself.
Do you also host something you did not build?
Yes. We take over existing websites and applications, whoever made them. We first take a quick look to decide which package fits and whether anything needs attention before we move.
What happens if my site suddenly gets much busier?
A temporary peak, around a campaign or a broadcast for example, we absorb at no extra cost. If you are structurally at the limit of your package, we contact you with a proposal: beforehand, not afterwards on your invoice.
Is a yearly contract cheaper than monthly?
No. Monthly and yearly cost exactly the same. If you choose a year in advance, you get one invoice instead of twelve and the price is fixed for twelve months.
Can I leave if I want to?
Yes. If you want to leave, we deliver a complete copy of your website, application and database, so another party can take it over.
Where is my data?
By default in Amsterdam, and your backups also within the European Union. If you turn on extra locations for speed abroad, we decide together which data does and does not go there.
Curious what fits what you have online?
We take a quick look, measure your current site and tell you honestly which package fits, even if that is the smallest one.
