Automation and AI that actually save you time
Artificial intelligence stopped being a hype and became an advantage for whoever uses it well. We integrate AI into your website, your processes and your marketing. Practical, without the hype, aimed at real time saved.
- 300+ businesses helped
- 9+ years building digital growth
- Full IP-rights included
- Responsible use of AI We use AI where it makes the work better, never to replace the thinking.
You can see the opportunity. The starting point is the hard part.
-
You do not know where to start
The opportunity is obvious and the first step is not.
-
AI tools used in isolation
Everyone has their own, and none of it adds up to a way of working.
-
Manual work AI could take over
Hours a week go to tasks that no longer need a person.

Invisible in AI-driven results
Your site and content are not set up to be quoted in an AI answer.

The businesses that get the most out of AI are not the largest ones. They are the ones that aim it at a concrete problem, fit it into how they already work and measure whether it did anything.
So we look at your situation, your processes and your goals, and implement the applications that add value directly, without the complexity that usually arrives with them.
Visible in the new generation of search
Google, ChatGPT and Perplexity increasingly answer the question outright, without anybody clicking through. The businesses that appear inside those answers have an advantage that did not exist two years ago.
We optimise your website and content to be one of them: generative engine optimisation, structured data and schema markup, and content written in the shape those systems actually quote.
Your AI today
- Tools used ad hoc by whoever found them
- No idea whether it saves any time
- Manual steps that could run themselves
- Absent from AI-generated answers
Your AI with JKC
- A deliberate set, chosen for your process
- Time saved you can actually measure
- Automation where it earns its keep
- Quoted in the answers your customers read
AI that makes your team smarter
Most businesses already use AI, but unevenly and without agreement on what for. The result is a lot of activity and very little compounding.
We help you integrate it structurally into your working processes so it produces time and quality rather than novelty: tool selection matched to how you work, implementation and training for the team, and prompt templates and guidelines so the good results are repeatable.
Automation and AI are stronger together
The biggest time saving comes from combining AI with plain process automation, where the model does the judgement and the automation does the moving.
Automatic lead qualification, AI-assisted content production, and the routing and follow-up around both, so a smart step is not stranded in a manual process.
Find out where AI would actually pay off
The useful question is not what AI can do. It is which of your tasks is worth handing to it first.

What does automation and AI cost?
Often this starts as advice: how your own people can work faster, without handing the company to a model. When we build, it is usually a web application with a language model behind one carefully bounded job.
-
AI working advice
A team that wants to work faster with the tools they already have, without a build.
From€ 900excl. VAT
Most of these trajectories come in around € 2.000.
A practical route for your people, not a slide about the future of AI.
What you get
- A look at how you work today
- Where a model helps, and where a person has to decide
- Training your own people can keep using
Not included
- A custom application
- Licences for third-party AI tools
-
A bounded build
Where it usually landsOne job a model can do under supervision, inside a process you already run.
From€ 4.750excl. VAT
Starts as two sprints. Often this is a web application with one carefully bounded model behind it.
A function that saves hours, with a person still responsible for the result.
What you get
- The job bounded on paper, including what the model is not allowed to do
- A working version your people can try
- A person in the loop, not an unsupervised send
Not included
- Training your own foundation model
- Hosting and the SLA, which are priced separately
-
Part of a larger system
AI as a layer on a web application, a shop or a set of connections.
On request
Priced with the application around it, not as a separate magic line.
The same rule as the rest of our work: people steer, AI accelerates.
What you get
- The model as a function of a system we also build
- Logging and a way to turn it off
- The same sprint rhythm as the application
Not included
- A promise that the model will run the company
- Vendor licence fees

Frequently asked questions
Automation starts at EUR 900. That is one flow between two systems that already have a decent way in – a form that lands in your CRM, an order that becomes a task, a report that mails itself on Monday.
Most projects land around EUR 2,000, and what pushes them there is exceptions: what happens if the field is empty, if the customer already exists, if the invoice is credited. The flow is quick. Deciding what should happen when it goes wrong is the work.
Automation is rules. Given this input, always do that. It is predictable, testable and cheap, and it is the right answer far more often than people expect.
AI is for the part where there is no rule: reading a free-text email, summarising a call, sorting things that do not sort neatly. It gives a probable answer, not a certain one. We use rules wherever a rule exists and AI only where it does not, because a rule you can debug beats a model you can only re-prompt.
That is a real risk and it is the reason we do not put AI in front of a customer without a human in between unless you have explicitly decided to.
How we limit it: the model answers only from your own content instead of from general knowledge, it is instructed to say it does not know rather than guess, and everything it produces is logged so you can read back what was actually said. For anything that carries money or a promise, it drafts and a person sends.
Yes, that is a separate product: AI training for teams, aimed at the people who do the work rather than at management.
It is often the better first spend. A team that knows what these tools are good and bad at finds its own ten small wins, and you only pay us to build the two that need building. We would rather sell you the training than automate a process you are about to change anyway.
No, and we would rather you did not. Automation is at its most useful exactly where the software is staying: it takes the copying between systems off a person without touching either system.
The one thing to check is whether your current tools can be reached at all. If a system has no API and no export, automation around it stays limited, and then replacing it is a real conversation – but that is a decision about the system, not about the automation.
