A free website scan, along one fixed set

We look at your website the same way every time, along four fixed parts. You get back what is worth improving first — and no, that is not automatically a new website.

Request your website scan

The page you want us to start on. Include https://
Two lines is enough. The kind of customer, and what they were trying to do when they landed on your site.
The one action that matters most. We test your routes against this.
What changed that makes this urgent now?*
The trigger, not the wish. It tells us what to look at first.
Where should we look hardest?
Optional. We always run the whole fixed set; this only decides where we dig deepest.
Optional. The thing that did not fit in a dropdown.
Optional. Only so we can ask a quick question instead of emailing back and forth.
  • The same fixed set, every time

Four parts in a fixed order: your customer, findability, functionality, and the rules. Repeatable, so you can measure against it again later.

  • Free, and no prices in the report

No quote attached and no pitch deck. If a next step makes sense, we say so after we have spoken.

  • Rebuilding is an option, not the answer

Often the advice is a short list of concrete fixes to what you have, or a different way to approach something.

The fixed set

What we check on every website

  • Usability for your customer — and who that customer is

This is where we start, because it decides the rest. Who is your visitor, what did they come to do, and where does your site get in the way? We walk your main routes as that person: finding, comparing, and making contact.

  • Findability in Google and in AI answers

What people actually type, where you rank for it today, and which pages carry that. Plus how readable your site is for AI assistants that answer without sending a click, starting with which AI crawlers your robots.txt actually lets in — that part is fully in your hands.

  • Functionality: speed, accessibility, devices

Loading speed on your real pages, not only the homepage. Keyboard use, contrast and screen-reader basics against WCAG 2.1 AA, the level the European rules point at. And how the site behaves on a phone, a tablet and a wide screen.

  • Laws and rules

Your cookie banner and Google Consent Mode, what your privacy statement promises versus what the page actually loads, and the European rules that apply to your kind of business.

Why a fixed set, and not a loose opinion

A scan is only useful if it is repeatable. If we look at something different every time, you cannot tell whether anything improved. So every website goes through the same four parts, in the same order, and you get the outcome back in that order.

The order is deliberate. Usability comes first, because a fast, findable, fully lawful website that confuses your customer still does not sell anything. Everything after it exists to support that.

The outcome is not automatically a new website

This is the honest part, and the reason plenty of people never request a free scan from an agency: they expect a sales document that concludes they need a rebuild.

That is not how this works. Most reports we hand over contain a short list of concrete changes to what you already have: a page that needs rewriting for the person who actually reads it, a form asking for four fields too many, images that hold up loading, a consent banner that blocks its own measurement. Sometimes the most valuable thing in the report is not a task at all but a different angle — you could also approach this like that.

Rebuilding is one possible conclusion out of several. If we do think a rebuild is the cheapest route to what you want, we say so and show the reasoning. And if we think you should leave your website alone and spend the money elsewhere, we say that too.

Who this is for

We work with startups that are past their first version and with established small and mid-sized companies that have outgrown their site. That is who the scan is written for: businesses where the website carries real revenue or real recruitment, and where a wrong call costs money.

We are not the cheapest option and we do not try to be. If the lowest possible price is what you are after, another party will serve you better than we will.

How it works

From your URL to something you can act on

  • You send us the URL

    You send us the URL

The form takes a few minutes. Your website address, who you sell to, and what you would like us to look at hardest.

  • We run the fixed set by hand

We run the fixed set by hand

We go through the four parts on your real pages. Tools measure; people decide what it means for your business.

  • You get the report

    You get the report

Findings in plain language, ordered by what they cost you today. No prices in the document.

  • We talk it through, if you want

We talk it through, if you want

Half an hour, optional. That is where a next step comes up if there is one — and where we tell you if there is not.

Selling online?

There is a webshop scan as well

A webshop carries more rules and a longer route to checkout. The webshop scan uses the same fixed set, with more weight on payment, consumer rights and the way products are presented.

Questions about the website scan

A written report along the four fixed parts: usability for your customer, findability in Google and in AI answers, functionality, and laws and rules. Per part: what we found, what it costs you, and what we would do about it — ordered so you can start at the top.
