Web applications that fit the way you work
Standard software rarely fits perfectly. We build what you need, from a simple web application to complex business software: exactly what your process asks for, and nothing more than that.
- 300+ businesses helped
- 9+ years building digital growth
- Full IP-rights included
- Responsible use of AI We use AI where it makes the work better, never to replace the thinking.
At some point the mismatch starts costing you
-
The tool does not do what your process needs
Standard software covers the average user, and your process is not average.
-
Dated software that blocks growth
What you work in was built for a smaller version of the business.
-
A scatter of separate tools
Every one of them holds a piece, and none of them holds the whole.
-
A digital product you cannot buy
What you want to offer your customers does not exist off the shelf.
A collection of our work
Software built around your process
Every organisation works differently, and most standard tools are built for the average user rather than for you. At some point that mismatch starts charging rent, in inefficiency, in frustration and in growth you cannot reach.
Custom software solves it. We build precisely what you need, and deliberately nothing more, because every feature nobody asked for is one you pay to maintain.
It starts with the right questions
Custom software does not start with code. It starts with understanding. We always begin with a thorough analysis of your processes, your needs and your goals before anyone thinks about a solution.
Workshops to map the process, a functional specification before development starts, and an honest feasibility assessment with the technical advice that comes out of it.
Your software today
- A tool your process has to bend around
- Features you pay for and never use
- Work spread across separate systems
- A project you cannot see the progress of
Your software with JKC
- Software built around how you work
- Only what you actually need
- One place where the work happens
- Working software after every sprint
Building and validating, step by step
We work in two-week sprints, and every sprint delivers working software you can test rather than a status update you have to trust.
That means you correct course early instead of at the end, and you always know exactly where the project and the budget stand.
A foundation that lasts
We do not only build for today. The architecture is designed to be scalable, secure and maintainable, so the software can run for years and be extended without a rebuild.
A documented and secured codebase, room to grow in both users and functionality, and a handover that lets your own team or another party maintain it.
Find out what is worth building
The most expensive custom software is the kind that was never needed.
Get your Growth Check and find out which part of your process is actually costing you the most, and whether software is the answer to it.
What does a web application cost?
We build in sprints of 25 hours. After every sprint you see a working version and decide whether and how we continue. The approach is the same in every stage; what differs is what the application already does.

Frequently asked questions
A prototype is there to answer one question: does this idea hold up when you click it. It starts at EUR 4,750 – two sprints of 25 hours – and it is not built to survive real users.
An MVP is the smallest version that a real user can actually work in. A full application is the MVP plus everything the MVP deliberately left out: roles, edge cases, reporting, integrations. All three are built in sprints of EUR 2,375, so you decide after each one whether the next is worth it.
You keep it. The code is yours, in a repository you have access to, and the data sits in a database you can export. We hand over the repository, the environment variables and the deployment notes.
What stops is us: hosting, updates and the SLA are services, not a licence. So plan where it will run and who will maintain it before you leave, because an unmaintained Laravel application starts collecting security debt the day nobody is watching it.
Yes, and it is one of the reasons we build in Laravel. It is a mainstream PHP framework with a large market of developers, standard project structure and public documentation – not a house framework only we understand.
We write for the next developer: tests on the parts that matter, migrations in the repository, and README instructions that get someone running locally. If your team wants to take over gradually, we can work alongside them for a few sprints.
Low-code is genuinely faster right up to the point where you need something the platform did not plan for. Then you are negotiating with someone else’s product, and the workaround costs more than the feature would have.
There is also the bill and the exit: low-code is a monthly licence per user that grows with your success, and what you build there rarely moves out. Laravel is a one-off build you own. For a simple internal form, low-code can be the right answer – we will tell you when it is.
Two things, both monthly, both on top of the build. Hosting, sized to what the application actually does. And support: for a web application that starts at two hours a month, so from around EUR 156.
If downtime costs you money, add an SLA from around EUR 312 per month. That buys a response time instead of best effort: 9×5 answers within 48 hours and fixes within a week, 24/7 answers within 4 hours and fixes within 8.
Each sprint of EUR 2,375 is 25 hours and starts with a written list of what goes in it, agreed with you. At the end you get a working version to click through, not a progress report.
What we will not do is promise a fixed price for the whole application up front. On anything genuinely new that price is a guess, and a guess gets padded. Sprints keep the decision with you: after any one of them you can stop, and you own everything built so far.
