The contacts you already have are the cheapest growth available to you. We set up the flows that keep them warm: a welcome series, an abandoned basket, a reactivation. Automatic, and measurable to the euro.
Years of collected contacts, and nothing goes out except the occasional newsletter.
Someone downloads something or enquires, and then hears nothing at all.
The webshop, the CRM and the mail tool each hold a different version of the same customer.
Sent to everyone at once, and therefore relevant to no one in particular.
Winning a new customer costs several times what it costs to sell to somebody who already knows you. Your list is the group that already knows you, and on most sites it is the least used asset there is.
Email automation is what turns that list back into revenue: not more newsletters, but the right message at the moment somebody is actually open to it.
The value is in the messages that go out because of something a person did, not because it was Thursday.
A welcome series after a first sign-up, a reminder after an abandoned basket, a follow up after a download, a reactivation for the contacts who have gone quiet. Set up once, running from then on.
The fastest way to make a list worthless is to send everything to all of it. People unsubscribe from irrelevance long before they unsubscribe from frequency.
So we segment on what people actually did: what they bought, what they looked at, how long ago they were last in touch. Fewer mails per person, and better ones.
A campaign that lands in spam has no open rate to optimise, and most of the causes sit outside the mail tool entirely.
We set up the authentication your domain needs, keep the sending reputation clean and make sure the list stays healthy, so the work on the content is not wasted before anyone sees it.
Most businesses are sitting on more email value than they think, and have no way of measuring it.
Get your Growth Check and find out which flows are missing, what they would be worth and where your contacts are currently going cold.
We work in Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Laposta and other tools. The work is in the customer journey: who gets which email, after which action, and why.
A fit if Your email tool set up properly, with a welcome email and a newsletter template.
A fit if Emails that respond automatically to what customers do on your site or in your shop, connected to your customer data.
A fit if All of it combined: your CRM and email tool talk both ways, with emails by behavior, country and customer group.

The same founder at the helm for 9+ years. You talk directly to the makers, not an account manager.
We put ourselves in your business's shoes, understand how it works, and know how to get things done.
All IP rights belong to you. No long contracts, no lock-in. You stay because the partnership works.
In case of urgent issues or outages, we're there outside office hours too. What we build works evenings and weekends too.
The speed of AI, the judgment of people. If AI goes down, your project keeps working.
We serve clients from international innovators to local businesses. JKC is at home in nearly every sector, and the list grows every year.

Around EUR 1,140 for about twelve hours. That covers the strategy for the flow, the writing, the build in your platform, and testing it end to end before it goes anywhere near a customer.
What is not in it is the platform’s own subscription, which you pay directly and which scales with your list size. Ongoing changes afterwards go through support hours at EUR 95.
No. We are a Mailchimp partner, so that is the platform we know deepest, and we also build in ActiveCampaign and Laposta.
If you are on something else, tell us which and we will say honestly whether we can build in it well or whether you would be better served by someone who lives in that tool. Moving platforms for the sake of our convenience is not a reason to move platforms.
A newsletter goes out when you send it, to everyone. Automation goes out when someone does something – signs up, buys, abandons a cart, has not opened anything for six months.
Automation is written once and keeps working; a newsletter is work every month. If you have to pick one, start with the automated flows, because a welcome sequence that runs for a year outperforms twelve newsletters written in a hurry.
We build the parts that are ours to build: consent recorded at sign-up, a working unsubscribe in every mail, and no buying of lists. Your list stays in your own account.
What we are not is your lawyer. Whether your legal basis holds, and whether you have a processing agreement with your email platform, is a check on your side. We will tell you which agreements you need and where they come from – we will not sign off that you are compliant.
We do, in the twelve hours. Writing is most of the work in an email flow: the build takes an afternoon, deciding what the fourth mail should say when someone has not opened the first three takes longer.
You get the texts to check before anything is scheduled. If you would rather write them yourself, that is fine and the project gets shorter – we will still tell you where a mail is not going to land.
Yes, and that is where email stops being generic. Order history, abandoned carts, what someone last looked at, whether they are already a customer – all of it can steer which mail someone gets.
If your shop is WooCommerce, the standard connectors usually cover it. If the data sits in a system that has no ready-made link, it becomes a system integration from EUR 1,700 plus service costs, and we will say so before you count on it.
