The Growth Check: where you are now, and where you want to go
Not an audit of your website. A conversation about the business, written up afterwards: where you stand today, where you want to be, what it takes to get there — and what keeps it going once you are there.
Request your Growth Check
-
A conversation, not a report card
We ask about the business, not only the website. What sells, what stalls, where your capacity runs out, and what you actually want two years from now.
-
You leave with a direction
Written up in plain language: your position today, the gap, and the order we would close it in. Yours to keep, and to use without us.
-
Free, and no prices in the write-up
We do not quote inside the document. If working together is the logical next step, we say so out loud afterwards.
Three questions, answered properly
-
Where you are now
Honestly, and with numbers where you have them. What the business runs on today, which channels actually bring customers, what you spend time on that does not pay, and which of your assumptions we would test first.
-
Where you want to go
Your ambition, made specific enough to steer by. Bigger is not a goal; twice the enquiries from two markets with the same team is. We keep asking until the answer is something you could measure a year from now.
-
What it takes — and what keeps it going
The gap between the two, in the order we would close it: what has to be true first, what can wait, what you can do yourself, and what needs money or people. Plus what has to keep happening, because most growth stalls at maintenance and not at the launch.
The Growth Check is not the scan
These are two different products, and it is worth knowing which one you need.
A website scan or webshop scan examines what you already have. It is technical and editorial work along a fixed set, it produces findings about your site, and you can act on most of it the same week.
The Growth Check looks up from the website. It is a conversation about the business, and it produces direction: where you are, where you want to be, and the order of the work in between. It can very well conclude that your website is not the problem at all.
Want both? Start with the Growth Check. It tells us where to look hardest when we then scan.
What we will ask you
Nothing you need to build a deck for. How you win customers today, which of that you can rely on, what your team can carry, what a good year looks like in your own numbers, and what has been on the list for too long. If you have figures, bring them; if you do not, we work with what you know.
We will also ask what you have already tried and what did not work. That is usually the most useful half hour of the conversation.
Who this is for
Startups past their first traction, and established small and mid-sized companies with a real ambition and a real constraint. If you already know exactly what you want built and only need a price, the Growth Check is not the fastest route — ask us for a quote instead.

Questions about the Growth Check
We do not bring a deck and we do not quote in the document. The write-up is useful whether or not you ever work with us, and plenty of companies use it to brief someone else. If we think there is a fit, we say so once at the end of the conversation instead of throughout it.
Yes, and there are no prices in the write-up. Prices come up after we have spoken, and only if you ask for them.
The form takes a few minutes, the conversation forty-five, and the written direction reaches you within five working days.
No. Bring your figures if you have them. If you do not, we work with what you know, and that is usually enough to see the direction.
That is fine, and it is a good reason to do this first. The Growth Check works out whether a website is even the first thing you need, or whether something else should come before it.
The scan examines what you have; the Growth Check looks at where the business is going. The scan produces findings, the Growth Check produces direction. If you are unsure, ask us and we will tell you which of the two answers your question.
