System integrations that end the double work
Every time somebody copies data from one system into another, your organisation loses time, energy and quality. We build the connections that make your tools work together: reliable, real-time and built to scale.
- 300+ businesses helped
- 9+ years building digital growth
- Full IP-rights included
- Responsible use of AI We use AI where it makes the work better, never to replace the thinking.
Your data is being carried by hand
-
Data moved across by hand
The same record is typed into a second system, every single day.
-
Errors, delay and miscommunication
The predictable result of a process that depends on somebody remembering.
-
Tools that do not communicate
Each one is fine on its own, and together they cost you a job nobody wanted.
-
Growth hits an operational ceiling
The way of working does not scale, so more customers means more manual hours.
A collection of our work
Systems that work together, processes that run themselves
API connections are the digital infrastructure of a growing business. They are also the least visible investment there is, right up until the day the manual work disappears.
We build the connections that let your tools cooperate, from a simple one-way data sync to complex bidirectional integrations, with the reliability to be trusted with the process behind them.
Your system landscape, mapped first
Before we build anything, we want to understand how your systems currently deal with each other. Which data flows where, which steps are manual and where the real bottlenecks are.
An inventory of every relevant system, an analysis of the data flows between them, and a priority order based on impact and feasibility rather than on what is easiest to connect.
Your systems today
- The same data entered twice
- Exports that run overnight, at best
- Errors nobody notices until later
- Connections that break silently
Your systems with JKC
- One entry, everywhere it is needed
- Real-time exchange between your tools
- Error handling and active monitoring
- Integrations that scale with you
Off the shelf or custom, whichever is right
Sometimes a ready-made connector exists. Sometimes it does not, and sometimes the one that exists is the wrong answer anyway.
We pick whatever is most reliable, maintainable and cost-effective for your situation: platforms like Make or Zapier where they genuinely fit, custom API integrations where they do not, and a hybrid of the two where that gives the best result.
Reliability is the whole point
A connection that fails regularly is worse than no connection at all, because people keep trusting it after it has stopped being trustworthy.
So we build with error handling, active monitoring and fallback mechanisms, so your processes keep running through an outage rather than stopping with one.
Find out where the manual work is
Fewer manual hours starts with knowing which handover between systems is costing the most of them.

The systems we connect to your website
From accounting and CRM to shipping, payments and project tools. Open a system to see what we connect, what double work it removes, and what a build typically costs.
Not on the list? Ask anyway. If a system has an API, a webhook or even a scheduled export, it can be connected.
What does a system integration cost?
The price depends on what the integration has to do: send data one way, run a whole process, or keep two systems in sync both ways. We always test with real data first.
One connection
A fit if Setting up an existing connection or feed, for example your webshop to your accounting software.
One process
Most chosenA fit if A process that runs through your systems and reports back, for example an order going out and its status coming back.
Both ways
A fit if Data goes both ways and is updated instantly, for example inventory between your shop and your ERP.
- Always included
- GDPR-compliantWe only connect the data that is needed and record where it goes.
- FastData updated as often as your process needs, up to instantly.
- ProfessionalTested in a test environment first, with real data.
Several systems that need to talk to each other, such as ERP, CRM, shop and scheduling? Then we build it in sprints, like a web application, from €4,750.

Frequently asked questions
Then we look for the next best door: a scheduled file drop, a CSV export, a database view, sometimes a webhook that already exists but is not documented. Plenty of integrations run on exactly that and run fine.
If none of it exists, we say so. Scraping a screen or automating a login is technically possible and we do not build it, because it breaks on the supplier’s next release and you carry the risk. That is the point to push your supplier, and we will help you write that request.
The link breaks, sooner or later, because a version you do not control changed underneath it. That is normal and it is why an integration has service costs on top of the EUR 1,700 build – somebody has to be responsible for it after launch.
We build in logging and alerts so we hear about it from the system and not from your customer. Repairing a change on the supplier’s side is work, and we bill it, but you find out before it costs you data.
By deciding one thing at the start: for each field, which system is the truth. Without that answer any integration eventually writes over something it should not have touched.
After that it is technical: a unique key per record so the same order cannot land twice, a queue that retries instead of dropping a failed message, and a log of every transfer so we can prove what went where. We test on a copy of your real data, not on invented records.
We are, for the part we built and for telling you it happened. That is what the service costs on the integration pay for: monitoring, alerts and repair of our side.
We are not responsible for the two systems on either end. If your ERP is down or your supplier changes their API without notice, we will find it, tell you what it is, and fix our side – but the cause sits with them. If a failure costs you money by the hour, put an SLA on it so a response time is agreed instead of assumed.
Often yes, as long as you have the right to access both. What we need from you is an account with the right permissions and, if the supplier requires it, their sign-off.
What we cannot do is give you access you do not have. If a supplier refuses API access or charges for it, that is between you and them and it decides whether the integration is possible at all. We check that before quoting, so you are not paying for a project that cannot finish.
