Attracting the right people starts with knowing what makes you different as an employer. Employer branding makes that visible. We help you build an employer identity that resonates with your ideal candidate, from the first impression to the first day.
Your vacancies attract volume, not the candidates you were hoping for.
What it is actually like to work with you never reaches the people considering it.
Competitors with a stronger employer brand get the first conversation.
There is no recognizable language or look running through your recruitment.
Employer branding does not start with the advertisement. It starts with your culture, your people and your story.
Candidates are not only choosing a role or a salary. They are choosing a place where they fit, where they can grow and where they want to belong. We help you find that story, put it into words and get it in front of the people it is meant for.
What makes working with you attractive, distinctive and credible? That question is the core of employer branding, and it is the one most job ads skip.
We answer it with in-depth interviews among your own people, formulate the promise that comes out of them and translate it into concrete messages you can actually use.
An employee value proposition without visibility does nothing. It has to leave the document.
We translate your employer story into the things a candidate actually encounters: a careers page that shows your culture rather than describing it, visual guidelines for recruitment, and content for LinkedIn and the other channels where your candidates already are.
The most credible recruitment message does not come from you. It comes from the people who already work there.
We help you activate them, with employee stories and testimonials, social media guidelines that make posting easy rather than risky, and internal campaigns that give them something worth sharing.
A stronger employer brand starts with knowing what a candidate finds when they look you up.

Both work. A careers section on your existing site is the cheaper route and it inherits everything your domain has already built up in Google. A separate werkenbij site starts at EUR 4,750 and makes sense when the story you tell candidates is genuinely a different story than the one you tell customers.
If you are hiring two people a year, start with a section. If recruitment is a standing job, the separate site earns itself back.
A creative advert starts at EUR 380. That is the concept and the design, delivered in the sizes you need for the channels you are running it on.
The media budget behind it is separate and it goes straight to the platform – we do not take a cut of it. If you want the campaign managed as well, that is advertising on social and it starts at EUR 237.50 per month.
That is the situation it is for. A well-known employer already has a story; you are choosing yours. Being small is usable material – short lines, real influence, the people you would actually work with are visible.
What does not work is claiming to be something you are not. Candidates find out in the first interview and you have burned the vacancy. So we build the campaign on what is true about working there, even the awkward parts.
We write it, from a conversation with the person who manages the role – not from the job description HR already has, because that one is written for the organisation and not for the reader.
You get it back to check on facts: salary, hours, conditions, who the candidate reports to. Tone and structure are ours, the facts are yours.
Both, and you can take just one. Plenty of clients have the creative made here and run it through their own recruiter or media agency.
If we run it, it goes in as advertising on social from EUR 237.50 per month, and we advise at least EUR 10 a day of media behind a vacancy so the platform has something to optimise on.
